Engagement Pictures!!!WHich One?

It was a hot Monday afternoon , when we took off work to go to the ranch for Logan's baptism. I had no idea what other special events will take place that day until Sterling brought me to " Engagement Point" ( It is part of their ranch that is really pretty. We took some food there and he is acting so funny and nervous. He was telling me to carved his name on tree at the ranch because the last time I didnt get to do it for i was so busy eating and swimming. And so I dont want to hurt his feeling for not doing my part ,,,,to cut it short I did. Eventhough there are bugs irritating me I proceed and do it. It was so funny because of him being so nervous ...He even forgot how to spell his name. he.. Anyway after we ate and carved our names we sat by the creek and he was just looking at me and told me to sit beside him. And I was asking him , " whats wrong?" because he look like he is sick and fainting. After I managed to sat beside him ,he started talking about how grateful he is that he have me in his life. And I was just smiling at him. He told me how much he loves me and I replied back saying" I know that and I love you too". I told him that I know he is the one for me even from the start. That Ive prayed for him and he is gift to me form above. After I said that, he knelt down on his knees and mentioned my whole name and asked me to marry him for time and all eternity. Im gald he surprised me coz I like surprises! ANd besides it there would be no thrill if he did it over the phone or email or whatever . Imgald he is very romantic. That's one thing I like in him. We were so happy and I hid the ring for we dont wantto take away their attention for the baptism. But because i was so excited about it I took it off from my bag and jason saw it. When I looked back, he had this grinning smile on his face. He was happy, but didnt say a word. And so another surprised Sterling gave me was announcing our engagement with the whole family and friends. He stood up on a chair and caught the attention of everybody and told them " I asked Liz to marry me today and she agreed on marrying me. I am so happy and I love her so much". And after that ,,everybody hugged us and congratulated us. Sterling is so sweet and very tricky too. Anyway, we chose the first pic for our invitation picture. This one , I dont like our pose... - This one seemed like I was strangling Sterling... This one waskind of informal.... This, doesnt have the perfect background..... Okay , we didnt choose this picture for a very obvious reason. Can you tell ? he..he..

Blalock's Reunion At Percy Quinn Park

Okay ..let me explain the last picture for this post.....it was not the day he proposed to me. Too early because we were still dating during the time these pictures were taken.Anyway, we were just invited by David ( Sterling's brother) to join them with his wife's family ( Shari) to spend our 4th of July at Percy Quinn Park. We had our own cabins and we had lots of fun with them. Going back to the last picture....okay what happened was, some of Sterling's nieces and nephews and some friends were teasing us to dramatized an engagement situation and to cut it short ..we did! And when we went back to the cabins..they all said that we got engaged already so everybody was asking us lots of questions. But in the end ..we told them that we were just bluffing.
