I just thought of sharing you this cute clip of Hunter doing sign language for his Mommy! I started teaching Hunter some signs since he was 8 months old. And I tell you its frustrating at first because I kept signing and signing and it seem like he doesnt get it. But frustration ends when he finally get the hang of it. Its rewarding and very comforting to know that he is learning from what I do. Scary but it helps me to do better and be careful of what I am doing because there is somebody watching my every move. lol.... other than the One on high!
His cognitive skills are remarkable. He is learning the ABC's and talks a lot. He loves to read books like his mommy and enjoys the outdoors like his Dad. He can sign words like more, milk, drink , food, sleep . Im still working on some other stuff like thank you, please, sorry etc. I decided to teach him that skill since I know that would be much easier to teach than Tagalog. . He loves to eat lemons... i mean the real sour ones. We were kinda surprise about it because he would rather eat a lemon than a chocolate. He loves action songs too and everytime I read nursery rhymes to him he would do every action word in it. I can send him to get his own diaper and put his soiled diaper in the garbage. He is a really good helper.I love being a mom .I love my baby!
