Its our last day here in Mississppi and so we have to make it really memorable. Its not that we're not gonna go back forever here but it might take us awhile . Anyway we went tubing at Bogue Chitto Waterpark. The Bogue Chitto River begins at Brookhaven, Mississippi and flows into the West Pearl River System below Bogalusa, Louisiana. The river is subject to quick rises and falls. Our tubing lasted for 3 hours or so. I cant remember. All I know is that we had fun today. Well part of the time I was nervous everytime I bumped by tube in some underground tree branches. Sterling had to tie a knot to his ankle and my tube so wherever he go I will be there as well. The Humphrey's were with us and also Craig and Jeana's family. It was a blast I tell you . We didnt even spent a fortune doing that, it only costed us 6 dollars a piece with free meal of chicken barbeque, baked beans, sandwiches and many more.
After our fun tubing we dropped by at the farm , where Mom's homemade ice cream was waiting for us. It was rich but very soothing especially on a very humid and hot day. We stayed there for an hour or so and went swimming at the creek for a while. Sterling and Nathan ...had the conspiracy to threw me in the the creek.and so I was wet and cold again. Thanks my dear husband. You can now expect not to have dinner for a week!!! Kidding! Sterling was so tired and so was I. He got sunburn too and I think he wasnt that happy at all. Anyway we wish everybody "Happy 4th of July"!!!! We had our fireworks during our big annual reunion . The family did a good job. We all liked it.
