Happy Spooky Halloween!!

This week we had been busy as a bee trying to squeeze in all the activities in our ward and our community. WEll...last night was great and everybody seem to enjoy the activities I've prepared. As the chairman for activities committee I am sure stressed out. Without the help of MIndy and my dear husband I could have never done it myself. THE first hour was sure a crazy one, but towards the end it ws smooth sailing. The children as well as the adults enjoyed it too. After all the indoor games and the dinner, we headed outside to have a mini hayride. This is new to them...what I mean is they have never done it at the chapel as an activity, so they were very excited. I was thinking , while preparing the activities , if I enjoyed it why wouldn't they. So I was right!!! and also I put a little trick in it... I assigned people to scare the kids...it was fun!! ANyway here are some of the photos...these were taken towards the end of the activity. I didnt get to put on my costume because I was so caught up with other things and also as an emcee. Wheeww thats a lot of work!!! Presenting Sterling as Zorro, HUnter as " Little Jack O 'Lantern and Elizabeth as ...hhhmmnn ..let me think ..oh yeah I know... as a " PLAIN, SIMPLE, LOVING MOTHER AND BETTER-HALF...wheew that was hard to portray....ha..ha..ha.. HUnter dressed as our little "Jack o' Lantern". I thought it would be nice to have him dressed as a pumpkin since its his first Halloween. He's a real cutie. HUnter trying to get out of his costume....cant blame him...it was too thick!!
