Its Memorial Day weekend!!! We decided to have our mini-vacation. We never got to spend it with our family back in Mississippi but we still had a blast. We went to different places from Nashville to Lebanon. We went to caves, stateparks and waterfalls. They were all gorgeous and we cant help but fall in-love . We are planning on going back there again! First day we went to the Cumberland Caverns. It was awesome, seeing formations like you wouldnt believe. We love the temperature there. Our tour guide said that even if it 92 degrees hot outside or its extremely cold the temperature is constant inside the cave, which is 58 degrees. It was perfect for us...especially for me.

After an active and tiring day we had we camp out at Spencer Cove ( former Lost Cove) the same night. We pitched our tent in a pretty secluded area but not too far for the other campers to hear us if something goes wrong. We love the place and the serenity we had while we were there . Sunday morning we woke up feeling like we were in the sacred grove. You can hear the birds chirping telling us we have a wonderful day ahead of us. You know what, we actually did. We decided to get up early and get dressed for Sunday meetings. We had found a building which at first we tought was the church. We sat there waiting for hours only to found out that it was only built for conferences. Good thing Sterling check on it and found no chairs and pulpit. We ran on to our car and look for the other wards. As we were about to get frustrated .. we saw lots of baptist's churches but not our church, we prayed for we really dont want to miss sacrament meeting. And its true, miracle happens. We found missionaries standing in front of an old building. We are so happy!
We went also to see the Rock Island Statepark. and saw lots of waterfalls, from McMinnville all the way up to Sparta, which is known as the " The Land of Waters". We also went to see the Fall Creek Falls , Cane Creek Falls and Piney Gorges in McMinnville. We saw too the Virgin Falls and Burgess Falls in Sparta. We hope you enjoy seeing these pictures as well as we do.
