Autumn Season...We love it!!!

It has been a long weekend for both us. After the General conference here comes the Stake Conference. It was very inspiring although I admit I miss the Philippines and my husband was the same way. We met a lot of friends for the past few weeks from different states and places in and around Nashville. Yesterday we have met with Jasmine from Gallatin and part of her family. Her husband is Chinese and she has two cute little Kids named Yelena and Jayo. And of course with her Aunt Lureng. It was cool Saturday afternoon when we got to the Smith Sprng Recreation Area. We kinda wanted to go to Anderson's but itw as closed due to renovation. We bought some chicken and some potato salad. ( We first met Jasmine in Chick-fil-a and itw as just a quick exchanging of words and numbers and we would have never thought we can be good friends.) Okay my first impresion with her was kind of negative but it all changed when she called and left a message on my phone . I thought of not calling her back but was hesitant so I decided to give her a ring. And so everything worked out good since our dinner appointment was cancelled too . We were supposed to go with Jane and his family. So in short , we end up having picnic with the Lee's ( Jasmine's Married name) So anyway while helping her unloading some stuff that they have I noticed a piece of white clothing hanging out of her pants. And i thought for a while , since it was cold yesterday maybe taht was just part of her jacket or she decided to wear clothes in layer, which is very typical here in the states during this time ofteh year. SO i ket go of that thought and follwed my dear husband to the picnic table. And then we started this conversation and the get-to-know kind of questions. She asked me where and how my Sterling and I met and I answered through mission. And I can still remember the look in her face when i said mission. Then a follow up question was asked " What do you mean mission? " ANd as I explained , in a couple of minute my husabnd just heard a loud screaming coming fromus. Yes !! They are Mormon family as well. They grew up here in the states. They also served their missions and very nice . We didnt get to spend so much time with them but knowing that they are members, gives us so much excitement.
